All orders are shipped through USPS and include insurance. Once your order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, it is unfortunately out of our hands.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with USPS using the included insurance coverage. We are happy to provide any information you may need, such as tracking numbers or proof of purchase, to assist with the claim process.

At Cooper’s Cottage, each item is lovingly handmade and created just for you. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our very best to make it right, whether that means replacing the item, sending missing pieces, or finding another solution.
